Role and Responsibilities
Manage skid and off-site piping fabrication activities within the factory workspace.
Assist in QA/QC processes, including incoming material inspections, dimensional verification against fabrication drawings, welding Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), torque checks during assembly and final inspection, and overall quality assurance prior to product dispatch.
- Collaborate closely with the project team, subcontractors, and the external client's (RE) to ensure timely delivery of finished products to site in accordance with the project schedule.
- Develop and coordinate fabrication schedules to align with construction delivery timelines.
- Maintain safety standards, cleanliness, and organization within the factory to ensure optimal working conditions and maximize productivity.
- Raise PRF as per BOM and to ensure timely deliveries of materials.
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant Qualification in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- For experience candidates, preferably to possess minimum 3 years relevant experience in the Industrial Engineering industry.
- Open to candidates with no previous working experience for junior position
- Outgoing with strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact effectively with Clients, Consultants, project members and managers at all levels
