Role and Responsibilities
Manage skid and off-site piping fabrication activities within the factory workspace.
Assist in QA/QC processes, including incoming material inspections, dimensional verification against fabrication drawings, welding MPI, torque checks during assembly and final inspection, and overall quality assurance prior to product dispatch.
Collaborate closely with the project team, subcontractors, and the external client’s (RE) to ensure timely delivery of finished products to site in accordance with the project schedule.
Develop and coordinate fabrication schedules to align with construction delivery timelines.
Maintain safety standards, cleanliness, and organization within the factory to ensure optimal working conditions and maximize productivity.
Raise PRF as per BOM and to ensure timely deliveries of materials.
Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant Qualification in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
For experienced candidates, preferably to possess minimum 3 years relevant experience in the Industrial Engineering industry.
Open to candidates with no previous working experience for junior position.
Outgoing with strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to interact effectively with Clients, Consultants, project members and managers at all levels
