Searching for a seasoned and strategic Program Director to lead our tech transformation initiatives, with a focus but not limiting on SAP and Salesforce environments.
You will be responsible for overseeing large-scale, complex programs with budgets exceeding millions of dollars.
This role requires exceptional leadership, collaboration, and program management skills to guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders across diverse regions, employing Agile methodologies for successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic tech transformation programs focused on SAP and Salesforce implementations.
- Develop and maintain clear program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, ensuring program alignment with business objectives.
- Manage program risks and dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented program team, empowering and motivating team members.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams comprised of IT, business stakeholders, and potentially external vendors.
- Effectively communicate program progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders across regions.
- Champion the adoption of Agile methodologies within the program, ensuring efficient and adaptable project delivery.
- Manage and track program budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial plans.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in SAP, Salesforce, and program management best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in program management, ideally with a proven track record of success in leading large-scale, complex IT programs.
- Demonstrated experience in managing SAP and/or Salesforce implementations, with a strong understanding of their functionalities.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic program plans, manage budgets, and ensure successful project delivery within timelines and scope.
- Experience working in a matrix environment and effectively managing cross-functional teams with diverse skillsets.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across various stakeholders and regions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide program teams.
- Experience and understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) for project management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
