**Minimum qualifications:**



+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 2 years of experience in program or project management.

+ 2 years of experience with managing Environmental Health and Safety Programs.



**Preferred qualifications:**



+ 3 years of EHS program management experience, preferably in logistics with outsourced providers.

+ 3 years of experience building stakeholder relationships with cross-functional teams and using data to influence decisions.

+ Experience working in Asia Pacific and other international environments.

+ Knowledge of workplace safety and environmental regulations.

+ Ability to travel as required.

**Responsibilities**



+ Identify and evaluate operational Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) risks, analyzing business impact and leading cross-functional programs to design and implement mitigation strategies.

+ Partner with third party logistics vendors and internal stakeholders to drive safety improvements, develop EHS standards for contracts, and foster a strong culture of safety.

+ Contribute strategically to global and regional EHS initiatives while assessing existing programs for alignment with strategy and opportunities for increased efficiency.

+ Review vendor incident investigations, communicating corrective actions and key learnings across the business to prevent future occurrences.

+ Manage program budgets and allocate resources to successfully support all EHS objectives and initiatives.
