Program Manager, Strategic Quality

**Position Summary**
To execute the multi-scale strategic quality programs focused on enhancing the quality firewall and process control across global manufacturing sites.
Drive deployment of advanced technologies including FDC, SPC, AI, IoT, and smart automation to enable predictive failure detection, smart inspection, traceability and error-proofing.
Collaborate with key stakeholders from Smart Manufacturing, IT and Operations to ensure seamless integration aligned with the company wide roadmap.
Emphasize program management – from project plan development to full implementation.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Drive execution and provide leadership for quality programs leveraging automation, AI and smart technologies, while also extending support to other quality initiatives deployment as needed.
+ Drive development and delivery of project plans and manage all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery.
+ Provide program status updates to leadership, ensuring alignment with quality and operational goals.
Manage project timelines, resources and stakeholder communications across multiple sites.
Drives risk mitigation and issue resolution efforts.
+ Navigate cross-functional teams, cultural differences and external vendors in a global environment.
Coordinate with other program manager to ensure strategic alignment.
+ When required, to conduct process studies and feasibility assessments with stakeholders to identify and prioritize impactful solutions
+ Manage quality data acquisition and advanced statistical implementation to support predictive failure detection and smart AVI/AOI inspection
+ Support QI Team to oversee the development and integration of product traceability and error-proofing systems across manufacturing lines.
+ Support deployment of automation tools (e.g., smart fixtures, jigs, poka-yoke systems) to reduce human error.
**Experience & Skills:**
+ Minimum 8 years of experience in program or project management within EMS or manufacturing environments.
+ Directs the application of existing principles and guides development of new policies and ideas.
+ Vast experience in process engineering and exposure to smart manufacturing technologies and data analytics
+ Understanding of IoT architecture and integration with factory systems.
+ Familiarity with technologies for anomaly detection and human error prevention.
+ Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve issues that face a growing enterprise.
+ Strong Communications Skills, both Oral and Written, and be able to do participate and/or lead meetings.
Possess strong analytical skills
+ Strong experience in program management skills and process improvement in a high-volume manufacturing environment with proven ability to manage multiple demands successfully and within a matrixed organization.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Science or related field.
+ PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
