The Program Manager will lead and scale Value-Focused initiatives (i.e. Training Grant and Professional Services Grant), aimed at (i) Driving strategic engagement with industry partners and listed companies; (ii) Improved liquidity and valuation of participating companies.
Overseeing the program, the manager will focus on the following:
Orchestrate this initiative to support companies who have committed to improve their liquidity and valuation:
Identify investor interest and surface actionable insights for issuers to enhance market performance
Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors relations team, and corporate management to secure commitment, co-develop enhancement plans and monitor progress against committed metrics
Programme delivery, executive engagement and stakeholder management:
Proactively engage senior management and board directors of listed companies to secure strategic buy-in and participation (requires a seasoned professional to influence senior stakeholders)
Oversee the programme execution and ensure alignment across industry partners
Manage Training Grant and Professional Services Grant, including tracking, appeals and audits
Support investor outreach initiatives such as roadshows and investor days, and contribute to media profiling efforts for listed companies
Ensure timely delivery of programme milestones
Oversee end-to-end programme documentation, including reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders and governance processes
Industry ecosystem development:
Develop a network of strategic partners (e.g. SGListCos, SID, SIAS, consultancies) to amplify programme's effectiveness
Leverage partnerships to co-create thought leadership, platforms and framework that support companies in their value-up journey
Strategic Communication & Visibility:
Craft and execute communication strategies to showcase programme outcomes and issuer progress
Drive visibility and credibility of Value-Focused initiatives across investor and issuer communities
Candidate profile:
Strong understanding of equity markets, investor dynamics and corporate engagement
At least 7 – 10 years of relevant experience in managing corporates relationships, investor relations, equity sales or institutional investors coverage
Ability to lead and execute industry-wide program, including stakeholder management, and timely delivery
