The scope of duties includes (but not limited to) the following:
- Assist the events operations team on the Face to Face & Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) process which includes the following:
- Prepare registration files to include printing the name badges, sign in sheets, certificates and hostess checklist etc.
- Compiling the Evaluation feedback for both Day 1 and Last Day feedback within 1 day
- Scheduling of training via the VILT Platform i.e. MS Team/Zoom/Webex
- Orientation for the clients to show the VILT platform features before the live class starts
- Conversion of trainer's exercise in Mural, Kahoot & Survey Gizmo
- Maintain and update departments administrative work process
- Host Face to Face & VILT training for both public and In-House programs and adjusting to different time zone.
i.e. evening shift for clients that is based in US etc.
- Mailing of course material for necessary clients who request for hard copies
- Take on ad-hoc activities and projects with the event operations teams
