The Opportunity
The Programmatic Specialist reports into the Regional Business Director and is responsible for strategic planning, activation and optimisation of programmatic campaigns end-to-end.
Manage daily requests, workflow & relationshipsDevelop a deep understanding of client's businessProduce and present recommendations that evolves current client approachHarvest actionable insights, and propose innovative test and learn opportunitiesManage campaign set up in platform and ensure quality checks in place for implementationManage bespoke PMP marketplace and deal creationManage and leverage client’s 1PD as part of campaigns to help achieve KPIsConduct daily monitoring of campaigns; performance and optimization and ensure information is clearly communicated to the client and internal team members through regular established reports at key milestonesIdentify potential performance/technical issues (both micro and macro) and address as necessary with both a healthy sense of urgency and clear action pointsMonitor media spend for a portfolio of campaigns to ensure on-time completionAssist in evolving the approach through both hygiene (process) and thought leadership (innovation)Ability to evaluate and remain DSP agnostic as new opportunities arise Ideally
At least 2 years experience in programmatic campaign management and planningHigh level of technical & executional capability across programmatic tools & systemsHands on experience with campaign management set up and optimization on DSP platforms, particularly with DV360, other platforms a bonusStrong level of understanding of programmatic capability across the digital ecosystemAnalytical strength in providing insight and media solutionsEffective communication with clients and colleagues with an ability to communicate & present programmatic plans and ideas with confidenceInterpersonal and people management skills both internally and with clientTeam player, ability to delegate and stakeholder management while also able to operate and function independently
