What You'll Do
As a Programme Coordinator, you will:
- Engage with Stakeholders: Work with policy/programme owners to identify programmes for evaluation and help monitor and report programme performance.
- Capability Building: Support initiatives to build evaluation capabilities, including curating case studies, drafting guidebooks, organising workshops, and tracking competency development.
- Communications: Plan and implement a communication strategy to promote the team's programme evaluation efforts.
- Process Improvement: Use tools like chatbots to improve process efficiency.
- Microsite Management: Keep the Programme Evaluation microsite updated for a seamless user experience.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates who have:
- Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage internal stakeholders and process design.
Skills:
Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Digitally savvy and eager to learn new tools, including tech and design software.
Personal Traits:
Strong interest in public policy and programme evaluation.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in public service, particularly in policy or project conceptualisation, implementation, and review.
- Resource management experience is a plus.
