Overview
Role Summary:
We are looking for a delivery-focused professional to drive execution quality and governance across complex initiatives.
The role demands strong organisational skills, the ability to streamline programme processes, and hands-on involvement in reporting, stakeholder communication, and delivery oversight.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives stay on track, meet defined standards, and deliver the intended outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Shape and maintain delivery frameworks to support projects using Agile, Waterfall, or blended models.
Track project milestones, dependencies, and progress against agreed timelines and scope.
Establish and uphold delivery standards by reviewing outputs at critical checkpoints and coordinating sign-offs.
Prepare executive-ready reports, maintain dashboards, and consolidate information from various teams.
Organise and facilitate team meetings: draft agendas, prepare presentation materials, capture discussions, and ensure timely follow-ups on actions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve delivery issues, address risks, and manage escalations.
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and templates for planning, reporting, and delivery governance.
Support other delivery-related administrative activities as needed to keep initiatives running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
5–10 years’ experience in
project delivery, business analysis, or programme oversight
within large enterprise environments.
Background in
banking, fintech, or other regulated sectors
is highly valued.
Comfortable working across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project structures.
Advanced user of
Excel and PowerPoint
with strong reporting and visual-storytelling skills.
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels.
Detail-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem solving.
