Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end programme administration: registrations, queries, billing, evaluations
- Manage event logistics: room set-up, catering, procurement, system support
- Coordinate with internal/external partners and speakers to ensure seamless delivery
- Compile data, support reporting, and provide ad-hoc admin assistance
- Schedule meetings and take minutes when required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Polytechnic graduate with at least 2 years' experience in programme or event management
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual tools such as Zoom/MS Teams
- Positive attitude, strong integrity, and drive for excellence
