About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Programme Executive to support the smooth planning, administration, and execution of continuing education and training (CET) programmes.
This role involves handling course applications, managing programme logistics, supporting trainers, and ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
You will also be responsible for revenue/profit-sharing reports and backend administrative processes such as goods receipt facilitation.

Key Responsibilities
Course Administration & Logistics
- Process course applications through the Training Management System
- Update and maintain course information in the system for accuracy and smooth registration.
- Prepare trainer commissioning documents and ensure timely appointment of lecturers/trainers.
- Arrange logistics to ensure successful delivery of programmes, locally or overseas.
- Coordinate manpower requirements and brief support staff for course operations.
- Liaise with stakeholders and attend to participant/public queries on programmes.
Post-Training Administration
- Maintain course databases and ensure information is complete and retrievable.
- Prepare post-course evaluation reports and issue eCertificates to participants.
- Follow up on outstanding matters to ensure excellent customer service.
Revenue & Finance Support
- Prepare revenue and profit-sharing calculations in line with contracts and agreements.
- Facilitate Goods Receipts (GR) process using the Ariba system.
Requirements
- Recognised Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of administrative and training support experience.
- Prior experience in an Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) or CET provider is highly advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of course applications efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and participants.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
