Programme Management Executive (Operations & Regulatory Compliance)
Key Responsibilities
Programme Administration
• Manage the end-to-end learner journey for both WSQ and non-WSQ programmes
• Oversee assigned course portfolios, comprising both individual and corporate enrolments
• Support the administrative coordination for inbound and outbound training programmes
• Prepare course materials and conduct orientation sessions for new intakes
• Work closely with the Sales team to facilitate the enrolment process
• Set up programme information in the Student Management System (AIMS) and Training Partner Gateway (TPG) to ensure smooth and timely intake commencement
Grant Administration
• Process and verify grant applications in accordance with the funding criteria set by relevant government agencies
• Monitor the status of approved grants and perform timely follow-ups or interventions when needed
Data Management & Reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in AIMS
• Maintain learner records and course tracking reports, including enrolment, deferment, withdrawal, graduation, and funding statuses
• Track learner evaluation surveys and compile reports for management review and necessary follow-up action
Adult Educator Support
• Provide administrative support to Adult Educators to ensure smooth class operations
Examination Coordination
• Liaise with the Enterprise & Learning Solutions (ELS) department on exam scheduling and administration
• Validate examination results according to internal protocols before official release
Other Duties
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve operational processes and efficiency
• Support Manager/HOD in any other assigned duties
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Diploma or equivalent in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Private Education Institution (PEI) or Adult Training & Education sector
• Sound knowledge of Committee for Private Education (CPE) and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) policies and regulations
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective stakeholder engagement
• Self-motivated, adaptable, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
