Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in tender project management and maintenance costing & quotation
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, solutioning team, project management, to gather necessary information for proposal development
- Ensure proposal fulfil the tender scope and align with customer requirement
- Analyse programme risks and develop the necessary risk mitigation plans
- Manage customers' requirements and expectations
- Responsible to manage the planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and completion of programmes
- Ensure that the programmes being managed are aligned with the company's policies, commitments, and goals
- Develop, coordinate, and communicate the programme management plan
- Develop and manage the programme budget
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the engineering industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Microsoft Project is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
