Job Responsibilities
:
Participate in tender project management and maintenance costing & quotationCollaborate with internal teams, including sales, solutioning team, project management, to gather necessary information for proposal developmentEnsure proposal fulfil the tender scope and align with customer requirementAnalyse programme risks and develop the necessary risk mitigation plansManage customers' requirements and expectationsResponsible to manage the planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and completion of programmesEnsure that the programmes being managed are aligned with the company's policies, commitments, and goalsDevelop, coordinate, and communicate the programme management planDevelop and manage the programme budget Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the engineering industry
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Microsoft Project is an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
