- Contract Duration: 3 months
- Salary: Up to $3,300 per month

What You'll Do
As a Programme Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Programme Administration & Logistics: Manage registrations, handle participant queries, arrange room set-ups, catering, and other logistical details.
- Procurement & Billing: Oversee procurement processes, manage billing, and ensure smooth financial arrangements for programmes.
- Coordination & Communication: Work with both internal teams and external partners to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Speaker & Guest Engagement: Coordinate speaker schedules, assist with travel arrangements, and support guest engagements.
- Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, take minutes, assist with data compilation, and support with any ad-hoc administrative duties.
