Overview:
Join our Service Delivery team and play an important role in ensuring smooth programme operations and stakeholder engagement.
This role offers opportunities to be involved in process reviews, reporting, and coordination with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme and Process Support: Monitor programme performance, prepare reports, collect and analyse data, and support process reviews.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Handle public and service provider enquiries, support briefings/engagement sessions, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Operations Support: Process and verify documents, maintain accurate records, support team meetings (including note-taking), and assist in preparing presentation materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, or related fields
- Prior experience in programme support, admin operations, or stakeholder management preferred
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Working Hours: 42-hour work week (Mon–Fri)
Salary Range: ($2580 - $3160, depending on qualifications & experience)
