MWS Girls' Residence is a residential home, housing vulnerable children and youths referred by the Ministry of Social and Family Development or other Social Service Organisations.
We aim to create transformation and positive changes in behaviour through a holistic and therapeutic framework.
The Welfare Assistant staff will be working with female residents, between the age 15 to 21, (in an institutional facility).
You will be part of the Operations team and are required to work in shifts.
Role & Responsibilities
Volunteer Management:
Ensure volunteers abide with volunteers' guidelines in MWS Volunteer Management Handbook and MSF guidelines
Qualifications, Competencies & Experience
