5.5 days (Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm , Sat: 8.30am – 12.00pm)
Salary Package
Basic Salary + Allowance + OT + AWS + VB + Medical Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the project team on-site
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, and reports
- Manage office supply orders and keep track of inventory
- Help schedule meetings and appointments
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and different departments
- Assist with daily tasks to keep site operations running smoothly
- Arrange logistics for air and sea shipments
- Attend weekly site meetings and record meeting notes
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; Diploma is an advantage
- At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
