We are seeking a dedicated Project Admin Assistant to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support for project teams.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project operations.
- Handle filing, data entry, and basic record management.
- Support project scheduling, follow-ups, and task tracking.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least GCE 'O' Level / Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Prior experience in admin/project support is an advantage.
