The Opportunity:
- Adecco is partnering with a public sector agency to search for a Project Admin.
- Role will start off as a 12-months contract assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as meeting secretariat, ensuring timely submission and distribution of presentation materials and supporting project schedule updates.
- Assist in project management, coordinating with contractors to monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and compliance standards.
- Support testing activities, collect results, and prepare reports for management review.
- Provide administrative and logistical support, including documentation, filing, billing, and security clearance submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning, scheduling, and process improvement.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the division.
