Job Description
- Provide administrative support to Project Manager and Site Engineer.
- Prepare and mange project documentation, report and drawings for submission.
- Coordinate with subcontractor for on site for installation, testing and commissioning.
- Assist production to follow up with suppliers and vendors for purchased materials.
- Prepare presentation material for meetings with main contractors and consultants.
- Participate in meeting ISO and quality program requirements.
- Maintain and update the company website content and product brand image.
- Assist in configuration and maintenance of IT hardware such as PCs, printers and network devices.
- Other duties and tasks as may required or assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Business Administration and Electrical Engineering.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in Admin and Project Management.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill.
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice.
- Working 5 days week.
