Due to their business expansion in Singapore, they are looking to bring on board a qualified Admin Executive.
In this role,
- Assist to prepare quotation and costing sheet.
- Maintain, monitor and update service records and service reports.
- Recording and submission of service meeting minutes.
- Assist in forecasting, planning, and scheduling yearly preventive maintenance.
- Assist in forecasting, planning, and scheduling on upcoming Overhaul maintenance.
- Assist in liaising with customers on the preventive maintenance schedule.
- Assist in amendments of preventive maintenance forecast.
- Maintain and arrange all Engineers Safety Induction Course for all sites.
- Liaise with procurement on new items purchases.
- Assist in daily parts sales activities, also preparation of material Purchase Requisition etc.
- Follow up with customer to close the order, ensure purchase order is received prior to delivery.
- Liaise with customer to get access (Ticket number) clearance
- Ensure purchase order, service report is ready and submit to finance for billing.
- Answering customer inquiries.
- Assist in administrative matters for shared services.
To be successful in this role,
- Nitec/Diploma holder with at least 1 year of experience in handling administrative matters.
- Able to clearly communicate with service team and customer
- Able to report in timely manner
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, Words, and PowerPoint)
- Candidate with indoor sales experience will be an added advantage
