Job Description
5 -day work week
Location: Aperia Mall
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide general administrative support to the project team, including preparation of work orders, logistics coordination, and project activity schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders on all project-related matters.
- Manage and maintain filing systems for project documentation, including submissions, schedules, drawings, and reports from commencement to completion.
- Handle purchase requests, liaise with the commercial team, and ensure timely procurement of project materials and equipment.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on project claims.
- Perform client servicing duties for project enquiries and ad-hoc tasks assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
- Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience in Construction industry
- Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills for engaging with both internal and external parties to support project-related activities.
- Good planning, organizing, coordination and follow-up skills
- Able to work independently and work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Computer-literate & basic Microsoft Office skills
