Job Description & Requirements:
- Assist in project documentation, reporting, and coordination
- Manage and maintain project documents
- Schedule meetings and prepare minutes
- Assist in submission and following up on projects progressive claims (Petty cash)
- Ensure smooth communication and workflow between project teams
- Assist in the preparation of project documents for submission
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Minimum N/O level / Professional certificate
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the construction industry or related industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words & Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and organized
- Good communication skills with all level
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Fast learner, positive working attitude.
