Job Description
- Provide administrative support to project managers and site teams.
- Maintain project documentation, contracts, invoices, and records.
- Assist with procurement, quotations, and supplier/contractor coordination.
- Monitor project costs, handle claims, and support budgeting tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Construction, or related field.
- 2+ years of project admin experience, preferably in construction or engineering industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
