Job Description
Conduct efficient negotiation with Suppliers, Vendors and relevant Parties
Liaise with Main Contractor, Client for progress claim
Assist Project Manager, taken as build quantity and tender quantity
Monitor the claim from Main Contractor and Sub Contractor
Prepare the progress certification
Submission catalogue, technical details, brochure to Main Contractor and Client
Coordinate with Vendor and Site team
Provide effective and efficient administrative support to project department and managers
Other duties assigned by the Superior
Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time
Job Requirements
Good knowledge of Electrical components and drawing
Have experience in the construction industry
Able to multitask
Willingness to learn and adapt
