Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the project administrative work
- Manage, keep record and update all submission document
- Supporting the Project Manager with schedules, reports, and meetings
- Assist in material sourcing and compilation of quotations from various vendors and subcontractors
- Attend project meetings and create minutes of meeting
- Submission of project progress claims and follow through on invoices
Requirement:
- Min 2 years relevant experience in the Construction Engineering industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
