Responsibilities:
- Keeping project documents in check and submissions flowing smoothly
- Coordinating between teams, consultants, site staff
- Supporting the Project Manager with schedules, reports, and meetings
- Raising and following up on purchase requests with the ops team
- Preparing monthly worker reports and looking after staff welfare matters
- Handling public feedback and supporting authority liaison
- Helping with document tracking, filing, and keeping the project organized
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent 3 years of experience in construction admin or site-based roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to commence within short notice
