Project Administrator (PMO)
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Coordinator for the Program Management Office. Support the program with status and financial reporting, event planning and organizing and logistics - ensuring the program office is highly effective and efficient in supporting the delivery of key initiatives and projects. Coordinate with Project Manager on the progress and risk reporting, compiling status and financial summaries for the program.
Provide updates on the program through the internal communication channel by collecting and distributing updates on the projects for internal newsletter. Skillset (Must have) Degree in related field. Minimum 2 years of working experience in project administration or program/project management office (PMO) role. Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and JIRA. Independent and highly motivated team player with a positive work attitude and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Strong command of English - written and communication. Skillset (Good to have) Familiar with Agile/PMP certified /Google Project Management certified.
