Job Scope:
- To provide administrative support to project teams including of material purchasing, Risk Assessment, Method Of Statement, apply Permits to Work, project scheduling etc.
- Assist project teams in compiling and submission of project related documents.
- Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Manage and handle documents, records and maintain an organized filing system.
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Project Administrative experiences.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Words and Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and organised.
- Good communication skills with all level and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Details-oriented, good coordinating skills.
- Fast learner, positive working attitude.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
