As a
Project Analyst
within the Strategic Transformation Office, you will play a key role in driving transparency, governance, and performance across the organisation’s transformation portfolio.
You will support the execution of strategic initiatives through robust reporting, data‐driven insights, and quality assurance — enabling senior leaders to make informed decisions and ensuring projects deliver measurable business value.
What You’ll Do
Analyse and consolidate project and portfolio performance data, producing clear, actionable reports to support management decision‐making.
Prepare and deliver executive‐level reports and presentations for Transformation Committees, SteerCos, and senior leadership.
Support the implementation and maintenance of portfolio governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with established standards and methodologies.
Monitor adherence to project lifecycle processes and ensure consistent application across transformation programmes.
Assurance & Quality Control
Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that all projects meet defined standards, controls, and documentation requirements.
Maintain accuracy and integrity of data entered into systems of record across all transformation programmes.
Data Analysis
Gather, interpret, and analyse project and portfolio data to identify performance trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop dashboards and visual reports (e.g., on WAVE) to provide timely, data‐driven insights to stakeholders.
Change Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with business units, project managers, and transformation leads to promote best practices in portfolio management.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to enhance visibility, alignment, and adoption of portfolio governance processes.
Tool & Template Management
Develop, refine, and standardise project management templates and tools for consistent use across the organisation.
Continuously enhance reporting and documentation systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
What You’ll Bring
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex project data and provide meaningful insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of the organisation.
High attention to detail and accuracy in tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK) and portfolio governance principles.
Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools and reporting systems (e.g., WAVE, Power BI, MS Project).
Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management and relationship‐building skills.
