Responsibilities
Manage and create projects through designated project management software (NetSuite).
Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives.
Maintain NetSuite projects and ensure all costings are assigned correctly.
Issue transfer orders to Logistics.
Allocate manpower costings for project sites.
Develop and update department work manuals.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Operations Director.
Prepare customer quotations, issue Delivery Orders (DO), and post customer invoices.
Handle customer inquiries by telephone and email.
Prepare work orders and purchase requisition forms for the sales department.
Provide administration support to the sales team.
Liaise with accounts department for customer billing matters.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely delivery and invoicing.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Job Qualifications
Minimum ‘N’ Level or equivalent.
Experience Required: Min 1 year’s relevant experience in admin work.
High personal and professional ethics at work.
Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work.
A team player who is flexible and adaptable to changing conditions and demands.
Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
Able to work without supervision and possess a strong customer service mindset.
Competencies and Skills:
Communication skills – Listening, Speaking, and writing in English; ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Ability to accept and learn from criticism.
Self-confidence.
Persistance in calling and follow-up skills.
Teamwork and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge in Accpac will be an advantage.
