**Job Description**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Regulatory Submissions Management**
+ Prepare, review, and submit all required documentation to relevant authorities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
+ Maintain a thorough understanding of local, regional, and national regulatory requirements
+ Coordinate with internal teams, including design, engineering, and project management, to gather necessary information for submissions.
**Stakeholder Engagement**
+ Act as the primary point of contact with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders for submission-related matters.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with authorities to facilitate the approval process.
+ Address queries and provide additional information or clarifications as requested by regulatory bodies.
**Documentation and Compliance**
+ Ensure all submission documents are complete, accurate, and meet the required standards.
+ Maintain and update a comprehensive database of all submission records, approvals, and correspondence.
+ Monitor changes in regulations and ensure projects comply with the latest requirements.
**Project Coordination and Reporting**
+ Collaborate with project teams to align submission timelines with overall project schedules.
+ Track the progress of submissions and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
+ Identify potential risks or delays in the submission process and propose solutions to mitigate them.
**Process Improvement**
+ Evaluate current submission processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
+ Develop and implement best practices for managing authority submissions across projects.
**Qualifications**
+ Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
+ 1 year of experience in regulatory submissions or a similar role.
+ Experience working with government agencies or regulatory bodies e.g. LTA, PUB, NParks, URA etc.
+ Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple submissions simultaneously.
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with authorities and stakeholders.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
