We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Co-ordinator /Executive to support the Project Manager in Vision Inspection projects.
This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and a hands‐on approach to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, tracking, and executing projects for all subsidiaries
Maintain project schedules, budgets, documentation and reports, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met
Ensure all project documentation, records, and communications are accurate and up-to-date
Coordinate with Technical, Operations and Sales to facilitate smooth project execution
Proactively identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure timely mitigation to protect delivery timelines and business commitments
Monitor project risks and issues, escalating concerns to the Management team as needed
Support ad‐hoc program‐related tasks and initiatives to improve processes and efficiency
Assist with ad‐hoc assignments as assigned by direct superior
Conduct weekly meetings with various subsidiaries & management
Submit weekly report to management team
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automation / Optics or related Engineering Fields
2–5 years of experience in project coordination in Factory automation or Semiconductor environment
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in project management tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to work independently while supporting cross‐functional teams
Detail‐oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
