Partner Services Operations & Enablement Contractor
Summary
This role serves as a key interface between MTS Global and our strategic partners across the APJ region, focusing on growing and supporting partner-delivered services across Technical Support, Professional Services, and Advanced Services.
The successful candidate will combine strategic insight with hands-on execution to ensure MTS’s partner ecosystem is enabled, efficient, and optimized for success.
Strategic Responsibilities (25%)
Regional Strategy & Coverage Planning
Develop and refine APJ-specific partner strategies aligned with MTS’s global channel and services vision.
Identify regional coverage gaps, capability opportunities, and maturity development needs.
Portfolio Integration & GTM Alignment
Drive awareness and adoption of partner-delivered services across MTS’s portfolio.
Define region-specific go-to-market approaches, entry points, and success criteria.
Operational / Program Execution (75%)
Partner Relationship & Lifecycle Management
Act as the primary program contact for mainly Asia Pacific region partners, guiding onboarding, certification milestones, and day-to-day operational activities.
Resolve transactional and procedural challenges through effective coordination with field and global teams.
Enablement Execution
Deliver and manage the rollout of training, certification, and service-readiness programs across multiple countries.
Oversee training coordination, reporting, and communications to ensure adoption and measurable progress.
Escalation & Issue Management
Serve as the go-to contact for partner escalations mainly in the Asia Pacific Region.
Proactively identify recurring issues, drive structured follow-ups, and coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to resolve them.
Performance Monitoring & Feedback Loop
Track partner health metrics through dashboards and QBRs.
Capture and communicate partner feedback to inform program improvements and future strategy.
Dark Site Health Check Coordination
Track and coordinate the Dark Site Health Check process, ensuring consistency and follow-through alongside APJ Senior Partner Services Managers.
Account Maintenance
Maintain Partner Services Program Page (Partner Central), Knowledge Base, and partner-facing documentation.
Support partner account setup in systems such as SFDC, Skyline, and Pure1.
General Support
Manage purchase order (PO) processing for contractors and events.
Provide event support for event logistics, handle general inquiries, and consolidate content for the Newsletter.
Key Qualifications
5+ years of experience in partner/channel management, services enablement, or regional program management (APJ focus preferred).
Deep understanding of the Asia Pacific partner landscape and cultural fluency in managing multi-country ecosystems.
Fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for collaboration with Mandarin-speaking partners and internal stakeholders.
Proven experience scaling service programs and certifications across geographically distributed teams.
Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution.
Solid background in program operations, partner enablement, and service delivery management.
APJ regional experience strongly preferred (Singapore-based ideal).
Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.
