We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Admin to support our team in the smooth execution of construction and interior design projects.
This role plays a vital part in administrative coordination, schedule tracking, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects run efficiently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project documentation and ensure timely submissions
- Serve as the point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and adjacent community stakeholders.
- Assist Project Manager with schedules, reports, and meetings
- Raise and follow up on purchase requests with operations team
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues
- Maintaining detailed project records, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Conduct site visits, meetings, and other project-related activities to ensure all safety regulations are observed at all work sites
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in a related field.
- Prior experience in project administration or coordination, ideally within construction or interior design.
- Background in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with interior design concepts is required.
- Good knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry practices.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and site workers.
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
