Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients (CAG), project managers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project smoothness.
- Ensure designs meet ICAO, FAA, and local aviation authority standards.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
- Ensure project scope aligns with aviation safety and regulatory standards.
- Assist in procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely delivery and proper storage of materials, considering sensitive airside environments.
- Oversee daily project activities on-site or remotely.
- Coordinate with airport authorities on operational constraints and scheduling.
- Track project progress against milestones and budgets.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
- Prepare progress reports, claims and project updates.
- Document changes and variations during project execution.
- Ensure completion of all project deliverables.
- Ensure proper handover and documentation.
- Assist in new project tender.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and safety awareness.
