Job Description
What You need to do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, both internally and with clients.
- Ensure all project documentation, including contracts and reports, is accurately maintained and updated
- Provide admin support to the sales team, including preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Process sales orders and invoices and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely billing and payment.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and channel them to the appropriate sales representative.
What You need to have:
- Diploma in Business Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
- Able to start immediately or short notice period preferred.
