Project Coordinator
Role Overview:
Support the Project Manager and site teams in planning, coordinating, and executing projects across multiple job sites.
Ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Work with management and site supervisors to plan project timelines, budgets, and logistics.
Help source and arrange materials and equipment.
Track progress, address issues, and support site teams, including operators and general workers.
Documentation & Reporting
Keep project records up-to-date (contracts, permits, reports).
Prepare and share project updates with teams and clients.
Resource Coordination
Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Support manpower and equipment allocation as needed.
Quality & Safety
Oversee site activities for compliance with safety and quality standards.
Conduct and report on safety inspections, addressing any issues promptly.
Client Communication
Be the main contact for clients and consultants, handling queries and providing regular updates.
Build and maintain positive client relationships.
Performance Improvement
Analyze project progress and site data to spot areas for improvement.
Assist in cost control and minimizing budget wastage.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field.
Minimum 3 years’ project management experience.
Singapore Class 3 driving license or own transport (must travel independently to sites).
Hands-on leader, willing to work alongside site teams.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Flexible to work at different job sites, including outdoors.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Willing to manage site work during non-standard hours if required.
