Responsibilities:
Assist the Project team in handling tenders, quotationsPreparing ironmongery schedules for assigned projectsCoordinator the permanent key and master key hand over to user on siteHandling progress claims and ensuring all documentation are in orderWork together with our project sales team to ensure that the bills of quantities are promptly updated and assist in the preparation of project scheduling and installation of sample boards and mock-up samples as may be requiredWork closely with our logistics support team to ensure that our deliveries are properly and promptly delivered according to scheduleAssist the finance department in the follow-up payment from customers, by ensuring that all necessary documentation especially in regard to project progress claims are submitted according to schedule and on timeLiaise closely between customers and our sales, logistics, finance support teams to maximize and enhance customer service levels, especially where product installation/repair is necessaryManage Master Price List to ensure priced are promptly updated and distributed to the teamAssist in conducting marketing activities for Channels and Glass businessLiaise with ASSA ABLOY personnel to maximise customer service levelsPromptly and competently attend to all customers enquiries and complaints Requirements:
