Initial response: Acknowledge receipt and schedule a preliminary call or meeting.
Prepare questions: Clarify objectives, constraints, and any special requirements.
Site Survey
Schedule site visit: Coordinate with client and internal team.
Conduct survey: Assess site conditions, take measurements, photos, and note potential challenges.
Document findings: Create a detailed site report with observations and recommendations.
Quotation & Proposal
Draft quote: Include itemized costs, timelines, and scope of work.
Review internally: Ensure pricing and terms are accurate and competitive.
Send proposal: Attach quote, scope document, and terms & conditions.
Follow up: Confirm receipt and address any questions or revisions.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Document Submission
Prepare required documents: Contracts, insurance, permits, technical drawings, etc.
Submit to client or relevant authorities: Ensure compliance and proper formatting.
Track approvals: Maintain a checklist of submitted items and their status.
Project Follow-Up
Kick-off meeting: Align expectations and confirm timelines.
Monitor progress: Regular updates, site visits, and client check-ins.
Issue progress reports: Share milestones, challenges, and next steps.
Close-out: Final inspection, handover documents, and client feedback.
Job Requirements
‘N’ level with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in security system installation will be a plus point.
