Job Scope:
To assist in Quality Assurance & Quality Control
Coordinate with the material supply chain to provide the needed supplies.
Assist in equipment and component installation to assure that every process is running due standards.
Prepare construction progress reports from the site to be provided to the construction manager.
Monitor the material and tools spending usage on site to stay on budget.
Assist project manager in preparing schedules and ensure appropriate filing and paperwork.
Maintain records of all construction dates and project costs.
Provide the needed documents for all implementations and activities on site.
Assist in preparation of Shop Drawing and Schematic Drawing for confirmed project
Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Construction management / Architecture or equivalent
At least 1-2 years experience in construction industry
With Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS) Certificate is an added advantage
Knowledge in Revit & AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Words and Office
Good in handling paper work and able to work under stress and fast paced environment
Good problem solving skill and able to address potential issues proactively
Good in communication skill (verbal & written) and interpersonal skill
