Responsibilities :
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
Ensuring project deadlines are met
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and create functional specification documents
Provides support in the execution of activities for and in monitoring the execution of project work
Assists in the coordination / organization of relevant training and in the provision of user support to staff
Managing expectations between project team and marketing team.
Proactively help project teams in documenting road maps, forecast needs, alignment to solutions and dependency attributes
Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications :
A diploma or degree or certification in project management, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.
Experience in an administrative or support role within a project team.
Understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
