Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor site activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Controlling the cost of the materials and labour.
Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring of project progress.
Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities, environmental agencies and federal entities etc to ensure successful implementation of the project.
Preparation of necessary report and presentation materials for meetings
Undertaking project tasks as required
Ensuring project deadlines are met
Prepare of monthly progress claim
Conduct site inspections to check that work complies with approved plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Effective communication with multi-disciplinary teams
Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with associates)
Ability to manage timelines and solve problems under pressure
