Overview
Oversee incoming service requests and ensure timely progress in line with established SLAs
Maintain accurate documentation, service logs, and internal reporting
Monitor inventory, equipment, and logistics to ensure project preparedness
Coordinate communication between technical teams, customer success, and sales
Propose and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and ensure compliance
Qualifications
What Requirements You Need
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related discipline
2–3 years of experience in technical support, project coordination, service operations, or logistics management
Experience in a technology-driven or service delivery environment is a strong advantage
Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting critical deadlines
Skilled in executing and optimizing standard operating procedures
Foundational knowledge of IT systems and technical service workflows
Strong focus on responsiveness, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
Detail-oriented with a track record of maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
Effective in bridging communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proactive in problem-solving and driving continuous improvement
