Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects within schedule and quality.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project progress by collaborating with subcontractors and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor construction details, defects, and variations based on plans and designs to prevent errors.
- Support personnel functions such as performance coaching and employee productivity tracking.
- Plan and track sub-contractor work progress while providing scheduling assistance for project targets.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Possess relevant qualifications and at least 6 years of experience in a similar role preferably with a main contractor.
- Proven ability to manage deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate between disciplines and teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
