Job Title: Project Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Development Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Managing Director in managing and monitoring daily site operations, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Coordinate and supervise civil and structural works carried out in accordance with specifications, shop drawings, method statements, and local codes and regulations.
- Maintain a safe working environment in line with safe work procedures.
