Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Development Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in construction planning and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement detailed project plans, coordinate with engineers, architects, sub-contractors, and authorities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Scheduling and Resource Management: Plan and schedule resources, including manpower and equipment, to meet project deadlines and budget requirements.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all works meet company quality standards and contractual requirements.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractors to perform on-site works.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure smooth project progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, construction planning, and coordination.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other construction software.
