Job Title: Project Director (ID6064)
Location: Kaki bukit
Working Hours: Mon to Sat, 9 am- 6pm
Salary: up to $15,000
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and markets to grow company reach and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, distributors, and partners.
Lead sales, marketing, customer service, and client relationship teams to drive growth.
Manage corporate development projects such as joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, investments, and strategic planning.
Conduct market research, financial analysis, and prepare strategic presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Oversee project tendering, budgeting, contract negotiation, and cost control in renovation and construction projects.
Lead and support quantity surveyors and project management teams; resolve contractual and legal issues.
Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and site meetings; ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Prepare reports, proposals, and post-project reviews to improve cost efficiency and productivity.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in commercial management, preferably in renovation, construction, or related industries.
